Ziad is the audit services partner at Nearshore Middle East. He also heads the advisory services team in addition to the IFRS implementation team. He has extensive experience in dealing with audit and advisory clients in various sectors. His client base covers all types and sizes of companies. He has also conducted several financial due diligence engagements in Egypt and the Middle East, and he has helped many clients to convert to (IFRS).

Salama Ibrahim – Tax Partner
With over 15 years of experience in the tax field, working for several major auditing firms, and dealing with many tax issues, Salama has rich professional experience in dealing with international tax matters for local and multinational companies. He has been involved in advising clients on various domestic and international tax matters to reduce exposure to tax risks, ensure compliance, etc.
May Eliwa,CerIFR – Financial Accounting Advisory Partner
May has more than 8 years of experience in the financial accounting advisory and audit services. She launched her professional services career in 2012 at one of the top 10 international audit firms, before joining the Audit and Assurance Services division of Ernst and Young - Egypt “one of the big 4 international audit firms” in January 2014. May holds many professional qualifications, including the ACCA certification in International Financial Reporting Standards and the ACCA certification in International Standards of Auditing.
